Subscribe and Save is a new feature, exclusive to Global Herbs Family Members. You can easily set up, manage and change the date your order will be placed. This means you never have to worry about physically placing an order again for your favourite supplements. You will get an email notification when you set up your Subscribe and Save and before your order is placed. Remember: You can skip an order any time.


How much do I save with Subscribe and Save?

An additional 5% off each products RRP Plus your standard 10% Plus any current offers!

Is there a minimum or a maximum number of products?

You must have a minimum of 2 products on your subscription list. These can have different order frequencies and do not need to be ordered together. There is no maximum amount of products, the more you subscribe the more you save.

How will I know when my order is placed?

You will receive an order summary email before the order is placed, so you have the opportunity to amend any details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel any product on subscription at any time. However, once your order has been placed and confirmed this will be dispatched and cannot be cancelled. To cancel one or all of your subscriptions please head to manage your subscriptions.

Will my order resume automatically if I choose to skip my order?

Yes. Your schedule will continue at the next scheduled delivery date. This can be amended at any time if you need your favourite supplements early.

Can I have different products scheduled for different dates?

Absolutely. You can pick and choose when is best for you.

Manage Your Subscriptions

How do I start saving with a subscription?

  1. Select a product from the Global Herbs web store or from your previously bought items
  2. Select the quantity and order frequency that works for you.
  3. Create your subscription. We will take care of the rest and delivery is still free

How do I skip my next order?

  1. Go to your Account
  2. Click Subscribe and Save on the dashboard
  3. Next to the product click ‘Skip’ next order. It will then show you your next scheduled order date.

How do I change my Subscribe & Save order day?

  1. Go to your Account
  2. Click Subscribe and Save
  3. Use the calendar next to the product to select your new order day.
  4. Please note: your Subscribe & Save order will be placed on this date, not dispatched. Please allow 2-4 days for delivery
  5. Click Confirm.

How do I change my Subscribe & Save order frequency or quantity?

  1. Go to your account
  2. Click Subscribe and Save
  3. Next to the product “Change your frequency or quantity”
  4. You can change the frequency from between 2 weeks and 6 months
  5. Once you’ve selected your change, click Confirm.

How do I cancel a Subscribe & Save subscription?

  1. Go to your account
  2. Click Subscribe and Save
  3. Click “Cancel subscription”, then click “Confirm cancellation”.

How do I change my Subscribe & Save delivery address?

  1. Go to your account
  2. Hover over the subscription for the item you’d like to modify and click Edit.
  3. Click “Change delivery address”.

How do I change my Subscribe & Save payment method?

  1. Go to your account
  2. Click my profile
  3. Click “Payment details”.
  4. This will change your details for every purchase
