UK Standard delivery 2-3 day service (not including Islands & Highlands)
For up to 0.49kg total carriage weight = £2.95
For 0.5kg up to 4.99kg to the UK = £5.95*
If total order weight is 5kg or more then carriage is offered Free of Charge
Price Band 2
For orders to the ‘Islands & Highlands’ up to 0.49kg weight, this includes Northern Island and all non Mainland islands around the UK (eg. Isle of Mann, Isles of Scilly etc.) and Scottish Highlands (UK postal codes IV, HS, KW, KA, PA, PH, ZE, AB) The carriage is a standard 2-3 day service at a cost for total order weight up to 0.49kg of £3.95
If the total order weight is over 0.5kg but less than 7kg the carriage cost is £12.95.* For total order weight of 7kg or more the carriage is offered Free of Charge.
Price Band 3
For orders outside the UK & ‘Islands & Highlands’, but in Eire (Ireland) Standard postal service for total order weight of up to 0.49kg carriage cost £6.95. For order weight from 0.5kg up to 10kg carriage cost £14.95*
If total order weight is in excess of 10kg, carriage is offered Free of Charge
* For carriage purposes, heavier low value items may be given carriage calculation weight values of up to one thrid of their physical weight.
(Includes Herbal Treats, Apple Cider Vinegar, Seaweed & Garlic.)

5. Returns Policy
5.1 Returns address: Global Herbs – RETURNS
Rear of Unit 10 Terminus Road,
Global Herbs will gladly accept returns for items that are in an ‘as new’ condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must be new in appearance and free from damage, hair and dirt. Items must have been purchased directly from Global Herbs Ltd. Items not purchased directly from Global Herbs Ltd must be returned to the original place of purchase.
For non feed pet products and human Merchandise, we recommend carefully trying on your new Global Herbs products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, and ensuring good personal hygine.
5.2 Returns Process
Before sending an item back for return, be certain that the item is free from damage, dirt and hair and in a resellable condition.
Be certain that the item was purchased within the last 30 days.
Be certain that the item was purchased directly from Global Herbs.
Call us on 01243 773363 to get an Authorised Returns Number.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking number.
Include a brief explanation of your return, including a copy of the invoice or invoice number and your Authorised Return Number.
To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like. Exchanges are handled as separate transactions. Your return will be credited to your credit card and your new order will be charged to your credit card.
Global Herbs guarantees our product at time of purchase against material defects and/or workmanship for one year. If you experience a problem with our product, please return the item with the receipt to the original place of purchase. This does not include chewing, abuse or incorrect product storage.
If you are unable to return an item at the original place of purchase, or if you have purchased the product direct from Global Herbs, please provide the details of the issue as well as a picture showing the defective issue.
