So many people phone us with complicated technical health issues and for this reason we provide on this website a simple guide to most of the questions that you might have. Such free essential information and advice is provided as a service completely separate from the sale of nutritional products. It also backs up our referral service available through your local vet.
For specific difficult issues you can phone our vets who are the only staff qualified to give you suitable advice. This advice is a complementary service for concerned owners and always backs up the work of local vets. Our vets are familiar with all domesticated animal species but most calls centre on help for horses and pets.
We always like to work in conjunction with your local vet who is free to phone us at any time and refer cases for a nutritional approach if they think this is suitable. Our list of technical health issues gives you an indication of our approach if a case is referred to us by your local vet.

Once Stephen had qualified and practiced in the UK, he started travelling to Asia and Africa to assist with government led projects to improve healthcare and conditions for working horses. By keeping the horse’s healthy, poor families were able to work and sustain a living. During this time he witnessed the power of herbs and realised how the UK had almost turned their back on this first form of medicine available to man.
It was at this point Stephen knew that ancient herbs and modern science could complement the well being of thousands of horses around the world; as a result Global Herbs was created.
