Information for the use of herbal supplements

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ
- The purpose of a herbal formula is to aid the body’s own recuperative
process. In order for herbs to be effective they must be used
with consistency. The time frame for improvement with herbs depends
a great deal on the exact condition , the length of time you have
been affected and your general level of relative health. As an
approximate rule of thumb: for every year you have had a problem,
it may take a month of supplementation. Our formulas, though
quite capable of offering short-term help are best when used over
longer periods, dependant upon the situation, only then do they
ensure lasting benefits.
- Please note that COFFEE AND ALCOHOL will greatly reduce the
effectiveness of our herbal formulas and that this will increase
the length of time that supplementation has to be taken to be
effective, thereby increasing cost.
- It is more effective to take herbal products only six days a
week rather than every day.
- Capsules are best taken with a little food 30 minutes before a
main meal. Do not take them on an empty stomach after fasting or
after not having eaten for some time.
- If you are worried at any time about taking any of our

- None of these supplements should be taken by pregnant women.

Stresses in every day life are increasingly important at work

This standardised formula is unique in its ability to help people
